Craft Shows

I have a few busy weeks coming up.

This Saturday, April 28, 2012, I'll be at the Hungarian Culture Club in Oshawa.

If you don't come to purchase some beautiful home decor for the woman in your life (Mother's Day is May 13, don't forget!), at least stop by for the most delicious cabbage rolls you've ever tasted!

Urban Contessa is very excited to launch a new look. Not only a new look, but a new concept.

We are revitalizing the lost art of saying thank you. There was a time when business owners thanked loyal customers with a thoughtful gift. Sadly, what was once a common courtesy has fallen victim to the hurried existence we all seem to live. To make certain your customers return, your business needs to remain in their memories. Thank them for their loyalty with something they will see and use often. Each time they use your thoughtful gift, they will remember who gave it to them and the positive experience they had with you.

Even better, when their friends comment on it, and ask them where they got it, your clients will pass on your name. There is no better form of advertising than a recommendation from a happy customer.
